Default How will Floyd's life be affected if he gets knocked out?

Will he have the mental and emotional capacity to recover from something like this, especially since he created his own aura of invicibility?

(Hypothetically) Will he go into exile or into some long depressing state, perhaps even abandoning his workout regimen and proceed to gain weight or even becoming more abusive?

The end of the multi-million dollar paydays UNLESS he rematches Pac or fights GGG.

Maybe he'll start torturing animals, convert to Islam, move to Syria to join ISIS, and then suicide bomb a daycare. I'm pretty sure that's the only way he could possibly cope.

If he got knocked out by a guy who couldn't put away Chris Algieri, he should be very sad.

I don't see Floyd disappearing for 15 years, throwing away everything he's worked for, becoming reclusive, turning to alcohol and drugs, or any other nonsense like that.

i think that he would be gracious after the fight but disappear for a while until he finally announced his retirement and put it all behind him.

If he gets knocked out, he'll get rich from the rematch and possibly the rubber.

Best thing that can happen to PBF is a loss.

Mayweather will be fine. He can afford the finest therapy with the amount he is making for this fight. Therapy all day long, monday to friday, for the rest of his life. And maybe go back to humping Ellerbe on the weekends. It's all good.

great question. He will unravel like Jermain Taylor did. Floyd Mayweather has never shown the kind of emotional stability that would take him into his twilight years as an upstanding citizen. Anyone who advocates marijuana use in a boxing gym plus the brutal boxing matches called Floyds Doghouse will certainly end up a piece of s*** towards the end of his career and beyond. After many Pacquiao knocks out Floyd the gay pansy ballerina in May Floyd Mayweather will unravel mentally and emotionally. He will be in jail and he will lose a number of his Ferraris Bugattis Lamborghinis and Maseratis due to lawsuits against him

Agreed! Loss is the best thing that can happen to him. He'll stop picking opponents to protect the 0, lose that invincibility and have to sell fights based solely on what he does in the ring... not on his record. The pressure would be off though and he'll have nothing left to do but fight instead of tip toeing around that 0. He'll accept it, the same way he accepted his legs were going and adapted and carried on.

Of course looking at his father and uncle... we can't be sure... Keep him away from the clubs and drugs, just in case.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

He'll earn a huge sum of money from the rematch and possible trilogy fight over and above what he otherwise would have made during his career and so it'll take him longer to blow it all and end up hustling round Vegas gyms looking for training gigs like the previous Mayweather generation.

Floyd will be happy to get rid of the burden 0.

He will be content in his life, treat women with respect, give his time to charity and live the life without money.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

Real boxing fans realise the art of boxing is too hit and not be hit.

Floyd does this better than anyone in this era.

Judge him for what he does in the ring and superb defence and a great chin will deflect any onslaught from manny pac.

Manny knows whats its like to be completely knocked out and he is probably more chinny than Amir khan.

Manny ko a post prime hatton and the world goes crazy.

5 losses later and even more cheating on his wife every pac fan wants to keep giving him a free pass like he's this godly Bruce lee wannabee...jeez

May the 3rd will be very busy with so many "I told you so" threads.
