"Somebody rubbed drugged-vaseline all over my body in the dressing room from head to toe, and this drugged me and also clogged up all my pores, and then I couldn't sweat, and then I overheated."

Some of my favorites in no particular order:
1. Vinny Paz after getting destroyed by Roy: "Icrashed after drinking cappuccino prior to the fight".
2. Tarver after getting dominated by Hopkins: "I'm not making excuses, but I think I may have been drugged or something".
3. Julio Ceasar Chavez after getting a gift draw vs. Sweet Pea: "He was too big (Pea is around 5'5") and fought a dirty fight".
4. John Ruiz after being humiliated by Roy: "The ref was in it for Roy, he wouldn't let me fight my fight (hug, grab, maul, wrestle...etc.)"!!!!!!
The Ruiz fight is especially entertaining because Merchant correctly points out that Ruiz and Norm Stone were complaining that the ref kept letting Roy punch Ruiz in the face. That one was great for so many different reasons.
Wlad said he was drugged against Brewster.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Pacquiao saying he feels drained when he has to take drug tests. As a person who nearly passes out, turns green and sweats profusely about an hour before getting a shot I can say you feel fine after.
Pacquiao blaming bad socks for a poor performance. This man was destined to be a politician. He is too FOS not to be a politician.
Mcaall saying walking around crying with his hands down was like the rope a dope and the crying was to psych himself up to go crazy on Lennox in the rematch ... lol
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

Mayweather saying the Bulgarian judge voted for Serafim Todorov out of racism.
This right here...
The key is Self-discipline.
No mention of Haye's big toe yet?
~ Muhammad Ali ~
After getting thoroughly 'thrashed' by Smokin' Joe Frazer.
"I didn't lose to Joe. It was the '3' white judges who did me in."
'Well I guess they were not all Mexican cab drivers he fought'
...I had stomach cramps
This is tough to beat,
"I just wanted to get out and go to the toilet," said former WBA welterweight champion Andrew "Six-Heads" Lewis after suddenly quiting midway through a bout he was winning on Saturday at the National Park in Georgetown, Guyana. Lewis was ahead on all three judges’ cards when he shockingly surrendered 37 seconds into round seven against Denny Dalton. Lewis later revealed to Stabroek Sport, "I preferred to lose the fight than mess up myself in front of all those people. Everyone saw that I was beating the hell out of Dalton. I was trying to hold in this stuff but in the seventh round I couldn't no more so I decided to quit." Lewis attributed his troubles to a milkshake he drank that afternoon. The Guyana Boxing Board of Control has withheld Lewis' purse pending an investigation. He is facing a possible fine or suspension.
After his loss to Mike Tyson Carl Williams said the following.
" I know its political I'm not even hurt "
Not exactly the TRUTH was it Carl.
