Default Frampton, Quigg, Santa Cruz, Rigo

Rigo coming to the UK to call out Quigg.
Incentive to get Frampton v Quigg made?
Don't think Quigg or SantaCruz could take Rigo, but think Frampton has a shot.

rigo is the best and is the real champion but nobody wants to fight him. thats what happens when everybody has a belt.

I dont think rigo has a chance aginst Frampton, he was getting a tough fight from that random japanese guy getting dropped twice.

I think Carl destroys him and nothing of Rigos career makes me believe he can trouble Frampton.

Scott Quigg should take the fight with Rigo , he at least would get a lot of respect for taking the fight.

    i agree

out of the five of them, including Barry, i think quigg could be the worse

    Rigo
    Frampton
    Santa Cruz
    Barry
    Quigg

some people might see that as controvestial

im also a bit unsure about who is the best, rigo or frampton

I too think it would be great if Quigg and his mob just said fuck Frampton (even Frank Warren said he can't understand why they don't want the fight) we'll fight Rigo then.

Wont happen, of course, but from a fans perspective that's what should happen

I don't buy that Frampton against Quigg is a huge event. It's a big fight but to be huge Quigg needs to at least have a big following to buy the PPV. Quigg hasn't even looked good at world level either, if you can even call the guys he's fought for the belt world level. The tickets will almost all go to Frampton fans and the vast majority of the PPV buys will be Frampton fans too.

But Hearn has control of the PPV mechanism and he's using that to try and dictate the terms of the fight. Team Frampton are wisely saying you give us a fair deal or we'll go our own sweet way.

Rigo coming to the UK won't change that. He'll get two or three newspaper articles then be yesterday's news again. Both the Frampton and Quigg people have wanted absolutely nothing to do with him up to now and I can't see that changing. Rigo might have huge kudos amongst boxing fans but he doesn't make Frampton much more money than some top ten guy who will fight for little money. Hearn could probably build Rigo versus Quigg into a decent-selling fight, maybe fill an arena with a stacked card but Hearn obviously thinks Quigg would lose.

Got guys like Wake, Servania, Pagara, Jun, Ruiz all sitting on the outside waiting for a shot....frustrating division

To me Rigo is the class of this field with little doubt but that does not mean he couldn't be beaten. This division has to get going. Its just ridiculous to have this much depth up top with none of them fighting each other. This twisted idea these days of risk and reward is really sinking a lot of fights. Frampton and Quigg should duke it out right now while the iron is hot. All of these guys are going to wait out their primes waiting for the big fight.

Another thing to consider is all of these guys with the exception of Rigo are going to be forced to move into shark infested waters 4 pounds north at some point. Ironically never getting the big fight at their best weight. Guys like Walters, Loma and Russell much more dangerous then those they should have worked it out with at 122. In the end either fighting them or finishing with a trinket and a legacy of mediocrity.

Frampton is the best and he should continue to fight on ITV, build up his profile and money in his bank account.

Quigg will come to Frampton and it will be on Barry's terms.
