Default Heavyweight Scrap from 1999: enjoy!

How refreshing to see fighters actually FIGHT! We have forgotten over the past 15 years!

Ah yes.....the halcyon days of the heavyweight division when Frans Botha and Shannon Briggs were legitimate contenders

Botha has a surprisingly rough and dogged style, the guy never gives up, it was awesome how he fought back and came back from that knockdown in the 8th round. Those 2 guys traded bombs all night, with great guts & determination. It is so refreshing to watch guys putting everything out there on the line and fighting their hearts out.

    LOL Botha.

He went over to kickboxing and was getting outboxed and knocked out by kick boxers. What a stooge he was.

Frans Botha was a legitimate Heavyweight Champion of the World and should not be disrespected.

Oh nothing, I've just never seen you heap such praise on one of Wlad's opponents

You have premiere sports? Why? What boxing do they show new and old?

Frans Botha fought very tough against Mike Tyson until the KO. He had no quit in him.
