Read an interesting article about cyber warfare. When the us put that virus into the Iranian nuclear reactor site we also inserted viruses into the Iranian power grid along with other vital infrastructure giving us the ability to basically shut the country down. I'm sure china and others have the ability to do similar acts to the us. The article brought up the need for cyber warfare treaties. The thought of shutting down any country effecting the general population in such a way is frightening. I propose to you the need for cyber warfare treaties. Thank you.
