Never beg a 40 dollar hooker...specially after she's just turned down your mom's credit card!!
What has always ALWAYS amused me about that fight is the fact that everyone says that Floyd ran from Castillo where he clearly did not...also...everyone swears up & down that Castillo won the fight...he did not.
Another thing is this...just because...& I have said this before...someone lands some shots against someone that always dominates...does not mean that they won the fight.
The amount of flush shots that Castillo landed on Floyd are more plentiful than any other fighter...but he by no means beat Mayweather. He has a few good rallies...but nothing that I have every thought equated to domination.
Castillo always looks sensational when he misses because he's got a bigger follow through than Tiger Woods.
Floyd's movement was a problem for Castillo as much as Castillo's come forward pressuring strategy was for Floyd.
I still say Floyd won...even after all these countless viewings & discussions & controversy.

Floyd won, but since he didn't dominate like he did against Corrales, and the haters jumped at the chance to say Floyd lost.
Floyd had a bad performance. I thought he lost when I first saw it probably for the same reason people thought Roy lost after the first Tarver fight. because it was the first time really seeing Roy get hit, just as it was the first real time seeing Mayweather get hit. he took Castillo's left hook pretty well. Castillo looks best when his opponents are standing right in front of him. Floyd would stand but he wouldn't trade etc with him.
But wacko, I wouldn't say Floyd beats Judah just because he beat Castillo.
Castillo is the man. Did you see that overhand right that Castillo landed on PBF at the end of the 7th (a shot at exactly the right point on the chin with perfect leverage at the same instant PBF dropped his left-a perfectly devastating shot), and people say Floyd's chin hasn't been tested. The average fighter would at least been knocked down. I can't even imagine what kind of dance moves Judah would have done if he had been caught with some of those Castillo punches.
Another thing, don't compare Judah's dumbass to Floyd because they are two different animals. Judah is a punk who shows no respect to his opponent whereas PBF is a very respectful fighter.
You don't think Mayweather leaning back in the turnbuckle as the shot hit him helped the impact? And Floyd looked stunned but then he smiled. Doesn't mean he wasn't hurt. When a fighter smiles it means two things, one, they are hurt, two they want to discourage you, or three, both. Unless you're emanuel Augustus who smiles all the time.
Thweetneth...that was just me being humerous...I would say that Floyd beats Judah because Floyd beat the ever loving dogshat outta Gatti & everyone before him.Originally Posted by Starr

Watch the video again and you'll see that in fact PBF actually ran into the punch just a little.
Everyone gets hurt it's how good you hide it that actually gives you chin. Of course some people are born with tromendous chin but those are very rare.
I think finding out you can take a very hard punch is the worst thing a fighter could find out, in more ways then one.
Do you know the physiology behind that true statement?Originally Posted by Starr
