I often visit a Jewish deli nearby and pay the owner handsomely for his extra plastic bags, then row my boat out into the ocean and toss them overboard with glee. Fuck sea creatures, they remind me of gentiles.

KETCHIKAN, Alaska (AP) - President Donald Trump recently signed into law a bill that lawmakers have called a point of unity among Republicans and Democrats.

The Ketchikan Daily News reports the Save our Seas Act, which Trump signed Thursday, reauthorizes the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Marine Debris Program through 2022.

The program works to reduce debris through research, prevention and reduction. The Save our Seas legislation keeps the program going by continuing to authorize $10 million per year for the next five years.

The bill also encourages the executive branch to reach out and engage the leaders of countries - located primarily in Asia - that are responsible for much of the sea pollution found around the planet’s oceans.

Unfortunately, I read stuff like this and this is what comes to mind

Apparently the majority of the pollution is coming from a handful of rivers, and their countries of origin are known. That's where an organization like the UN should step in and impose sanctions on these major polluters. Instead of standing around doing nothing, action should be taken. Sanctions are very effective, as no country likes having sanctions imposed on them. Hit 'em where it hurts.

Humans never fail to defile wonders of nature. From shorelines to mountain ranges and all natural habit therein , we always seem to find a way to pollute like lazy shats.
