    Default 140's ready for unification

Subriel Matias has served noticed. I've noticed he's never mentioned in conversations about the top dogs at 140. Not talking about here... mostly referring to the boxing press. It's all about Teo, Prograis, plus Haney and Tank, should they move up. Well... after having dismantled the feared Uzbek... I don't think his name is going to be able to be skipped. No need to mention the likes of Ryan or Rolly, the latter holding one of the belts for just a little while longer.

BTW, his last five wins have been by W-RTD. Which means he has beaten the will out of his last opponents.

one forty is fast becoming one of the best divisions in the sport. subriel i fear will be avoided where possile as a high risk low reward affair. teo just said he turned down an offer to face king ry in february but golden boy has been acquiring a fair bit of talent in the division recently. teo v the regis v devin winner seems like the biggest fight to make. richardson hitchins is the dark horse for me, some would call him boring but he'll be very hard to beat
It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

Come to the conclusion that Matias would undeniably be much much more massive maybe just a half dozen years ago. With multi networks coming up. HBO and 'old' Showtime would have lost their mind for that glued to the seat style. Love to see unification but elephant in the room is where do Matias and the other pbc wagon train land now that Showtime is a wrap. Davies v Barroso will give us an interim for Romero and his undisclosed injury possibly first quarter of 2024. Haney v Prograis answers much moving forward. Love to see Regis turn the division on its head by beating Haney as I have little doubt he would step right up for Matias. That feels like it's been brewing awhile. Time will sort that out. Teo ? who really knows. He's busy balking at 1 or 2 million and likely prices himself out of Matias unification. Matias is the one to watch for me. With the IBF and its infamous top slots "vacant" I can see him snacking on a mid tier type. Noticed they showed Brandun Lee a couple times Saturday as his fight unfolded . My god, talk about a demolition job

Matias is a fight fans dream
    He's like the terminator
Prograis & Haney both seem to want to fight the best
But I feel the winner will target the money fights like Garcia & Tank, maybe Lopez if he can get over himself
I have a feeling they are trying to give Romero's title to Garcia
I don't see a unification in the short term unless it's Haney vs. Lopez
