Crept up on us but decent enough step for young Xander 18-0 who now finds himself top 5 in the wbo. Co main is can't miss with streaking Bruce Shu Shu Carrington v Brayan De Gracia 29-3-1 out of Panama at featherweights. Main card has a late start with main event kicking off after 11pm so can't be sure about catching it all live, but we'll see how it plays out.

Jahi Tucker into the 3rd round with Quincy LaVallais 154. LaVallais is two years removed from going the distance with Zayas and Troy Isley but he is not reacting well to punches here. Badly hurt end of 1st and stunned again late 2nd. Actually gave Zayas some real work.

3rd to Tucker more hustle and sharp. The cropped view they're using on espn+ for corner instructions is pretty bad. Basically picture in picture the whole fight.

LaVallais rode the corner most of 4th with Tucker letting them fly and working him over.

Tucker puts his left behind his back and uncorks right uppercuts in the corner to start 5th. Tucker gets smacked with a loopy left. LaVallais sets up camp in corner again and does slightly better with a few connects. Tucker doesn't have a great idea how to get in but all volume.

LaVallais rips off best combo of the fight from corner but Tucker right back on him. LaVallais clowns to crowd and Tucker turns back and walks away straight to corner to wait for bell. Weird end on 6th.

For a fighter coming off a draw and a loss Tucker is way too carefree about handling business. Loves the right hand to the beltline this round 7. Lands a walk away right hook after ref breaks them from odd tie up. LaVallais needs a KO last round.

Tucker pouring it on in 8th and lands low forcing ref to call it and give LaVallais a break. Should be near shut out as LaVallais serves again as a measuring stick. 80-72 all three cards.

Flyweights Andy Dominguez Velasquez 10-1 v Cristopher Rios 10-1 here. Both coming off 10 round losses. In and out here

Solidly contested fight this one. Dominguez keeping a sharp compact delivery as he chooses. Inoue in the crowd, they're doing a good job at keeping him on the screen this weekend without a fight happening.

Gotta love the fact they match them tough off of first losses. Not much coddling at the real lower weights and don't usually see fly's arbitrarily bouncing divisions. Missed majority but solid scrap.
