Does anyone know what was officially wrong with Daniel Dubois?

Was it an injury, illness or something else? I can not find why he could not face Parker.

Frank Warren says Dubois will face Usyk or AJ next.

Great timing with Usyk coming out next day saying he wants Dubois eh. Hmm. I've seen nothing on illness but hope he gets better quick .

or, it was just last minute scramble politicking and Turki shuffle. Basically all stays a win win win. Bakole promised a big return and maintains pecking order regardless of being splatted. And imo it manages to backdoor him and reset a little bit. Parker stock soars and Dubois no fuss no muss with title still in hand.

More I think on the Bakole situation, how that played out, I just don't want that to become a thing. "Ah well he made the bag it's just a ko". Nah man. Damage does not just get erased. But Parker v Dubois is still a fantastic fight and one we need.

A lot of rumours which have been that he was genuinely ill, he knew he took some illegal substance and would have tested positive so decided to pull out, promised Usyk/AJ fight next so did not want the risk.
