Default Who knew Agit Kabayel was THAT good?

I didn't know much about the Kurdish/German, but he has impressed me. That body work is absolutely spectacular. He has made a fan out of me. In fact, I was a fan since he stopped Arslanbek Makmudov with that lovely body work.

I want to see more of him. My new favourite fighter since Andy Ruiz ate his way to obscurity.

I think he can go all the way once Usyk leaves the scene. He may be a good fight for Usyk too. Kabayel can win a strap if and when they are fragmented again.

Kabayel is a fun fighter, he comes forward and sets a high pace. He then attacks the body and breaks down his opposition.

Kabayel takes a lot of punches on the chin but fortunately can take them although Zhang dropped him. He has been the underdog in his last 3 fights and won stopping all of them.

Agit Kabayel deserves the next level, Parker, AJ or Dubois because I think he has a real chance to beat them.

Kabayel beat Chisora many years ago but never thought he was a world class operator. He reminds me of Evander Holyfield, high work rate, takes a lot of punches himself but breaks down his opponents the longer it goes.

Kabayel kind of disappeared after beating Chisora years ago in what seemed like it could be his breakout fight—a win that has aged well given Chisora’s longevity and successes in the division. He also looked shaky against Smakici, but since the Makhmudov fight, he’s been on fire. I loved the way he came back from being dropped by Zhang to stop him in the next round.

Question: Who has the better recent three-fight streak—Kabayel with Makhmudov, Sanchez & Zhang, or Parker with Wilder, Zhang & Bakole?

You could add Daniel Dubois 3 wins against Miller, Hrgovic and AJ into the equation, @The Six Four?

Have to say I didn't know much at all about Kabayel a few years ago but all in all, to me he's one of the better top 'surprises' coming out of all the Riyadh cards together. Under the radar but matched competitively and a very solid resilient plugger with a top-notch ability to tickle the ribs and then fold guys over. His break down and beat up of imposing Makhmudov was in a weird way was a pleasure to watch. Looking at the big picture, he's literally underrated save for maybe the wbc.

Master, I left out Dubois because he’s already a full world champion—Parker and Kabayel are just interim titleholders.

Dubois is not a real world champion. Usyk is the baddest man on the planet and has beaten Dubois to prove it.
