How do you have it and why?

I say its Sultan by either a late round stoppage or a decision with the deciding factor being how he deals with JR's clinching tactics.

I'd hope Sultan would win. He has the skill. And the boxing world is tired of Ruiz. BUT, DON KING thinks Ruiz got his shaft last fight, and will be influencing the ref and judges. With Ruiz's style, I don't know if a point victory will be clear enough for Sultan. If he doesn't KO Ruiz, he may get the shaft.

However, if Ruiz pulls it off, he WILL get KOd by Vlad.

First of all I hate that Ruiz has another eliminator right away. I hope this Sultan is as good as he has looked against the mediocre guys he has fought... If Ruiz beats him it's pretty bad for the division, he is likely the most promising HW prospect there is imo. And ruiz couldn't beat Wlad,but it would be an ugly fight with lots of clinching imo, and I wouldn't want to see it at all.

i hope sultan wins but he needs a knockout i wouldnt trust the judges in a john ruiz fight. Then again i would like ruiz to win so vlad knocks the fooka out

sultan has the skill to win and im goin to say him by ko in the late rounds.

Agreed with that. I really don't Know what he did to deserve it this soon but no matter, I doubt he will get past Sultan and he sure won't get past Wlad.

Why did they hire a new team of attorneys or something?? Ruiz being in any kind of title match up is frightening, you don't know whether he actualy lost till a couple weeks after.

Now first off understand I WANT someone to KO Ruiz but I don't think Sultan is going to do it, I think this fight goes the distance and John wins by sketchy Decision as always.

That being said, neither have a good shot vs Wlad, he's too big and too powerful for either of them! I mean Byrd has a better chin than Ruiz and you saw what happened to him. Ruiz's holding won't affect Wlad....Wlad has the 1-2 and JR won't be able to get past that, if Valuev could connect then Wlad will connect and JR will get beat the fuck up!

Agreed with the second part Lyle but I think that Sultan has the ability to hurt Ruiz.

But like I said earlier that fight will depend entirely on how Sultan deals with the holding.

You're right about Wlad though. Ruiz will get tagged with that straight right while coming towards Wlad. Also, because Ruiz tends to lean forwards when he throws, I think that it would make a straight from Wlad more inevitable.

If the straight can't be thrown then the left hook will when Ruiz comes to hold.

I think with Ruiz the 1-2 is enough to beat him senseless....plus Johnny has no power at all! Since Ruiz leans forward look for the left hook and uppercut to come into play
