Thread: OK Brits and other Euros give M_D advice

I just joined the futbol pool at the office. I do not know this sport whatsoever but it was a group of four and we all got to pick two groups. the winner who selects the winner of the cup gets a cool $250.00


I got group C with Argentina/Ivory Coast/Serbia
and group G with France/Swiss/Korea and Togo

how are my chances? Do I stand any chance of winning?

some guy got the groups that included Brazil and Germany, the group says he got the best picks.

hahaha... Arsenal... urgh I meen France might win it but as for the rest...

Germany and Brazil will be favourites this year... especially if the Brazillions dive as much as they do and complain that the other team are trying to beat them...

in answer to mad dogs original question, none of those teams will win...france has the best chance, but their team is decaying....

doesnt Argentina stand a chance. From what I am reading on the net they seem to be a traditional powerhouse.

Yeah Argentina arent the same team they were years back, they aint got a hope in hell.
