Thread: Been screwed on E bay

Firstly does anyone live in Debenham, Suffolk i need to find this little runt.

Anyway here goes me and a mate bought 65 pairs of Adidas f50 Boots for £980.00, of this cunt on E bay this was April 4th 2006, im still here waiting for them, the guy still emails me though coming up with bullshit excuse one after the other?? What i dont get is if he is a con artist why the fuck reply to my e mails all the time?? I have also had at least three people e mail with the same problem he hasnt sent them there boots, the guy had a perfect feedback and had had a few similar sales previoulsy, the bad thing is its the first time i have used E bay.

Also what pisses me off is that E bay this big fucking firm hasnt even got a number to ring so you can talk to someone about it, i got the bloke kicked off, but i dont know what to do now?? I am going to report it to the Police this weekendoes anyone know if i can get this sorted through the Police i am sure this is some sort of deception, But i am £480 out of pocket i have defintly learnt a lesson, DONT USE FUCKING E BAY!!

If you payed via paypal just go to paypal and get your money back... im guessing if this is a con paypal wasnt in his options to pay.

if you didnt pay via paypal then your fucked really and have learnt an expensive lesson.

paypal is set up to protect the buyer NEVER USE ANYTHING ELSE FOR EXPENSIVE STUFF

Ebay know this crap goes on and as long as they get there cut couldn't give a toss... look for the same auction under a differnet seller as im betting he has already set up a new accout looking for his next victim

on another note the reason he would be replying to your emails is because im guessing you hadn't given him a neg feedback at the time and was stalling to sell as many as he could before he got busted

PM me his username and i'll see if i can dig anything up on him... but in all honesty i think your fucked if you didnt use paypal

Tried it i can only get it by paying about £30 to check the electerol roll, thats where i sent the cheque and other guys who have had problems have supplied me with the same address.

Just ran a check on him mate he dosnt look like a con merchant... check your PM on how to catch him but in all honesty i think this will be ok for you in the end you will get the shoes or the money back

still use the police but i think its an honest mistake that needs the police to show him your not fucking around

thats a bugger mate, personally i've never had a problem with ebay or anyone on it, cept the silly bint who gave me bad feedback and a warning from em, i didnt even buy the goods

but these are top boots and would sell easily for £40 a go so he would be making an absolute fortune!!!!
