Hello everybody,im new to this site.lookin forward to meetin all of ye and helpin out with others questions..
any way i have a question.im not a boxerbut i fool around with my punching bag doing combos and boxing with my friends i like to think of myself as a "ok" boxer.well heres my question.im not a running type of guy i hate running.but i wasnt to get my footwork and endurance up.i know to get my footwork better i have to box,and skip.i need to get my endurance and stamina up.i enjoy biking.i was wondering if i biked everyday for at least 1 hour,would my endurance and stamina go up?? i find when i box with my friends i loose breath quickly.is biking good as running?? or should i run to?
by the way im 175lbs 6'0 and im willing to do what ever to get my stamina up.
