I think he could. Taylor doesn't fight well moving backwards as evidenced against Winky. And Lacy is short and has good side to side head movement so I think he could get inside Taylor's jab. And once he's inside and moving forward, I don't think Taylor can stop him. No disrespect to Taylor, but if they did fight, which I hope they do down the line, then I see Taylor landing his fair share but I see Lacy prevailing. Just my opinon though.

Taylor UD, although it would mean moving to 168 lb as Lacy couldnt make it down.

Now you done it!!!!!!This thread will start a Shitestorm of epic proportions...I'm just pissed I didnt think of it 1st..LOL!!!!

Tough one...I'mhuge Lacy fan HUGE!!!!! I dont know Taylor is 2-0-1 against the 2 of the best boxers of our modern era and Jeff got taken to school by another great so it is hard to say...Depends on if Jeff has been working hard to improve his short comings(I hope he has) Jeff Has heavyweight KO power and both of there defense leaves something to be desired..In a slugfest I gotta take Lacy if Jermains sits back and Boxes could be a frustrating night for Jeff..

    Anyone got a coin?

No dis respect mate, but he has far from heavyweight KO power go ask Robin Reid he took all he had to give, and wasnt really hurt, he caught Calzaghe with a big right and it didnt effect him.

None taken...Reid got floored 4or5x no one ever put Reid on his bottom until Lacy did it..Including Calzaghe

I dont want to argue the right hand against Calzaghe 1) I Dont remember it 2) There are alot of variatables involved how flush? what angle? were on the head? It is known that Jeff has Devastating Power...Maybe I was exageratting a little but he could just about ruin anyones day if he lands flush

Lacy hurt Calzaghe early on, no doubt in my mind. Ive never thought Lacy hit as hard as advertised, but he can crack.[

As I have said before, I'm a Lacy Lover. I rushed out and bought his Ring Extra cover like a good lil fanboy.

Yes, I think he could destory Taylor. I'd prefer he make that attempt a little less muscle bound. Lacy has some power with him, that's obvious, but alot of the time he is pushing with his punches. He can do that because of the gamma-rays or the "juice" that Kellerman was taking to Lennox about. I'm not sure which though.

I'm a big Lacy fan & HUGE Taylor fan, but judging on how Calzaghe dictated that fight I'd say Taylor by easy UD

Joe C would kill JT so Lacey would leave him in a vegtable state

i'm sorry but Taylors defence is too lazy and he hasn't been using the jab at all lately, Winky wobbled him in the ropes and Winky has no real power, so i think that Lacy could do some real damage

    Love both fighters.

Love this fight...two reasons & two reasons alone...

    #1: Power
    #2: Leaky defenses

Both men have power, Taylor is the better boxer...but Lacy is the stronger fighter...more aggressive.

Not many Taylor fans want to take into consideration that my bwoy...little ole Winky hurt Taylor several times...imagine Lacy crackin the fwock outta him.

There again...Taylor's jab would keep Lacy at the end of his fists all night long.

This would be a really really good fight...provided that Taylor moved up.
