How often to you guys do
Aerobic.
Anaerobic.
Plyometric training.
Right now I am trying to do it 7 days a week 3 days Anaerobic, 2 days Aerobic and 2 days plyo,
all first thing in the morning. Is that a good amount, or should I throw in a day of rest?
