Jeff Lacy Returns December 2nd

DogHouseBoxing.Com's Gabriel Montoya ( that's me ) has confirmed with Jeff Lacy that he will be fighting on the Dec. 2nd Winky Wright/Ike Quartey card on HBO. " It's going to be my return home and to the ring." This fight marks first on HBO. "I would have loved to have done it with Showtime but there were no dates left. " Jeff seems very excited and eager to the return to the ring having been inactive since last March. “I want all my fans at Doghouse to know I'm back an I'm fresh an better then ever before so you don't want to miss what I’ve been missing for some months now. One or two fights back and I want a rematch with Joe!!! He won the first round and I just know I let a lot of my fans down. I want my titles back and I'm not going to stop until I do!!! March 3rd Joe didn't fight 30 percent of me that night and he had to do what he had to do. It funny that a fighter can’t say timeout I'm not up to this tonight and ask to fight when you’re up to it. Someone has to win and he did that. Now I'm fresh and ready to return and get what I really know I should have gotten the first time out. I want Joe again and I won't let my fans down doing so. I'm a writer for DogHouse . I did an interview with Jeff (that was printed on here awhile back) so we have a good relationship. Pretty cool and accessible guy . I want to see a rematch after some tuneups , too.

Lacy got schooled by Joe.

Cant really see what else he would do in a rematch.

I think they have been blowing compliments up his ass again and poor Lacy is believing it.

Unless he completely changes his style, he cant do anything else except pray for the big punch to land.

lol well he is young, and you know sometimes you just dont show up...
maybe he did maybe he didnt i like the idea of him avenging that loss but the idea of him getting schooled again doesnt sound appealling but i wouldnt mind it all ending in a rubber match!!
but then again joe doesnt plann on having many more fights since he already wasted alot of his years at the top, im jus goner sit on the fence and if it happens i'll watch it , if not i wont me to bothered

The forum over there is improving. Myself and many vets have made an effort to weed out the alts and get the forums back on track .

Yeah, I hear you. Lifetime bans or not I pretty much only roll with Saddo now.

I'm not spreading propaganda , guys. I posted this on here cos I have some readers on this site and wanted to give you some inside dope before anyone else on the web got it . I hit a lot of forums just to keep up with what the fans want . After spending all day talking with promoters, fighters, and publicists , it is easy to forget about what is really important : the fans .
