Seriously!!

People will say that its too quick and really unhelathy, but trust me, nothing could me more unhealthy than remaining the weight that I was!!

I am now doing 90 minutes gym work 5 mornings a week and am fit as fook, whereas before I could only play 45 minutes of football and had to be substitued!!

I am now reading Paul McKenna's book "I can make you thin" to try and reduccate myself so that I can maintain my current weight - really good book btw

Any other fat fookers on here??
