Thread: Can anyone name me some top banks?

I'm looking to apply to some banks for jobs and info but I have seen soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many,so I was wondering if anyone knew the best place I could find any info or if you knew of any good banks to work for?

i work for citibank............

pension, 401k, about a month of paid vacation every year (and my available time off reset as of today!!) good wage, almost infiniate room for advancement, you can xfer to ANY citibank site on the planet after one year of employment (i got puerto rico in my sights........... i would keep my vegas wage, xfer to puerto rico and i would be BALLIN, and the puerto rico girls )

ive worked for nevada state bank (it was pretty cool) household finance/hsbc (also pretty cool) an investment firm (ml stern) and made damn good money but i HATED work

out of all of those, citibank is the best (household/hsbc is a close 2nd, but i burned that bridge)

ive got about 4 years of banking/finance background plus a few semesters in college (finance major, but i dropped out)

but there are people that i work with that this was their 1st job. so, i guess you just gotta put on a damn good interview, and you should be okay

good interview line that always worked for me: "I'm not here with you today looking for a job, im looking for a career. I want to advance within the company, and eventually retire here."

there are sooooooooooooooooooo many job titles though and as someone with no experience,which title should I be applying under?
