whats up everyone I am new to this site and I have been boxing for 5 months and I am 16 years old i was 190 5 months ago but now i weigh 165 and im 5'7'' tall I also run alot during the week and lift weights anyway can you guys point out all the good threads you guys got on here because theres so many threads in the ask the trainer section that i cant go through all of them but what are the most important things you guys have found out after some time in boxing and also please post any advice or strategies you guys use it would greatly help since i dont have that much tricks in my bag because i have only been doing this for 5 months anyway whats up everone
