WHAT?? what about Wahoo McDaniels??
Here he is in full war dress
and standing next to Valuev's fat retarded french brother
Joe Hipp is from the Pacific Northwest, is a member of the Blackfoot Tribe and fought lots around here.
Seems to me that every time he stepped up against a "B" fighter
he lost...so he's a "C" fighter?
Do you really think he's the best Native American fighter ever?
Surely there must be someone better!?
BUT!
he was the first Native American to Fight for a Championship Belt!
He lost to Seldon for the WBA title On August 19, 1995 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on the undercard to the infamous Mike Tyson v. Peter McNeeley fight (Tyson's first fight after being released from prison for rape), Hipp squared off against Bruce Seldon for the WBA Heavyweight championship. The fight was stopped in the tenth round of the contest by referee Richard Steele after Hipp experienced massive swelling and bleeding on his face.
Joe hipp did hold the WBF Intercontinental Title.
Broke Tommy Morrisons JAW!
"Hipp again rebounded by winning 3 consecutive contests before facing Tommy Morrison on June 27, 1992 in Reno, Nevada. In a slugfest that saw Morrison break his jaw and both of his hands, Hipp lost via 9th round stoppage after he, in turn, suffered a complete shattering of his cheekbones."
Won the NABF HW Title ,beat Jose Ribalta
WON the WBF HW title against Everett "Bigfoot" Martin
Finished 43-7 with 29 KO's HMMM you might be right!!
Anyone care to disagree?
