Thread: Does anyone know why McGirt and Gatti are done with each other?

Why did they split?

Cause McGirt doesn't think he should be fighting anymore, Gatti want's to continue.

But gatti has one more fight in his hbo contract anyway ..so its not really gatti's choice ..
The fights after that are his choice if they happen..
But mcgirt is in order to decline training arturo..I can imagine they split on good terms

Actually I heard just the opposite. I cannot remember exactly where I read it, but the word was that they had a "personal incident" in the weeks prior to the Baldomir fight, and that was the reason they split. I got the impression they were not on good terms.
