Imo it should have ended in a tko for Miranda.
Abraham clearly didn't want to continue but got persuaded by his corner.
He put up a brave fight but fighting in flurries doesn't cut it

True, but fighting in Germany is'nt a walk in the park
But when you see you have an adge on a opponent you got to be patient and don't make mistakes like going to the body that low
Especially in your opponents (adopted)home country

Well i watched the fight upto round 5 and if you ask me Mirinda should have been thrown out after the headbutt !!!

I thought the fight was in the balance EM was edging it with better workrate but thats not to say AA was not having success because he darn well was

People have questioned AA's injury was it genuine ? Well i say this after the headbutt he was holding his mouth open and clearly had sustained some sort of injury, to question it is madeness if it was genuine then i was Abraham to do my lottery numbers because he must by a Mystic Meg type !

EM acts an arse and deserves everything he gets i forsee him getting asparked by Jermain Taylor the vision of that right hand of Jermain's finding the target is too much for me to think otherwise .

EM was lucky to stay in the fight

    Abraham - Miranda

    Toooo many point deductions.

Not stopped when it should have been.

All in all, I had Abraham ahead, by outlanding Miranda and for his ring generalship.

After the fight just by looking at their faces it looked like Miranda took it, Abraham
won that night for me though.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

The headbutt was nothing more than a way for Miranda to tell Abraham to quit clinching. It was not hard and to the back of the head. The broken jaw happen the round before and had nothing to do with the headbutt.

Are you saying Headbutting is ok ? What he did was disgracefull, totally uncalled for and IMO should have been thrown out .

Yes, although Pantera usually always makes great posts, all of us slide into the mire every now and then. Some things that I can say for certain:

Even after the broken jaw, I had new found respect for Abraham to do what he was able to do. He was still active and landing some crisp and clean shots.
He even wobbled Miranda on occasion. However, I think that Miranda at least deserved a Draw, but the point deductions, however unfair and draconian, made that an a very unlikely outcome.

It's not that AA didn't want to continue, the fact is that he was expecting a DQ for Miranda...and I can understand it.

Arthur was hurt before the headbutt at his jaw, I think, but the headbutt clearly worsened it all...Miranda should have been Dq...no matter what...but okay the fight continued and we all saw how AA handled Miranda, he deserved to win, no question.

Ps : I really think that Pavlik is going to Ko Miranda...

I'm hoping that Pavlik KO's Miranda. Pavlik has been a gentleman so far, while Miranda does nothing but talk trash. As for your views on the Miranda v. Abraham fight, I'm going to have to watch the entire fight again and refresh my slipping memory.
