Thread: While Judah sends his sparring partners home, Cotto sends his to the hospital

I just read that Cotto has been sparring with nothing but slicksters (Judah clones) Cotto hit one sparring partner so hard he cut his eye open. While Judah claims he is sending his sparring partners home, Miguel can claim he is sending his to the hospital.

Not even the protective head gear saved this poor guys eye

BTW El Gamo, it was a right hand that cracked that guys eye.
I can see Cotto throwing that over hand right and even switching to south paw from time to time. 9 more days.

I remember versus Quintana, Cotto switched southpaw towards the end of the fight and Lampley began to scream about why Cotto would do that, and how he was playing into Quintana's hand by taking his power away and then BOOM, straight left rocked Quintana

Any idea who Cotto is sparring with though?? Zab has been sparring a lot with the Peterson brothers apparently... Who needless to say are pretty high class sparring partners..

One guy I know he is sparring with is Durrell Richardson. Big southpaw. Aswell as Frankie Figueroa. Also, I read that Anthony Peterson downed Judah in sparring, with a body punch. Don't know when or anything but that seems like it could be significant.

Jeez what a shot i tell you Cotto will crush Zab i think Zab will win first couple of rounds but when he tastes Cottos power and body shots he is finished.

Zab is a serial killer the first few rounds, If Cotto can survive that he will ko out Zab.

Zab is a serial killer? Yeah when he is in their with someone who doesn't belong in the ring. Zab has never KO'd a top fighter early. He had nice success against Tszyu, but he was never on the verge of knocking him out and no one was worried to Kostya Tszyu's survival. He was on his way to possibly getting outpointed or stopped later, but that stopped as round 1 did.

He was doing nice against Mayweather, but by no means was on the mend of stopping him. It was more of Mayweather laying back then Judah winning.

Baldomir was never in danger of getting stopped. Even when Judah was winning every round, everyone knew that was going 12.

Pineda was in trouble in the 2nd I think it was, but bounced back to get a very questionable decision. But again, Zab was winning rounds, it was an issue of winning rounds not surviving them for his opponents.

NICE! but i hope he has sparring partners who are FAST like zab tho bro
