Thread: Celebrity boxing

Olympic rower James Cracknell was ko'd in the first round of his fight in the biggest night of Charity/Celebrity boxing in the UK last night. He was hammered by New Zealand cricketer Kerry Walmsley. Rugby player Chris Sheasby went the same way and fast bowler Syd Lawrence knocked out his opponent but was then disqualified for not stepping away. It was at times quite brutal with the guys all hyped up - maybe too much so. What do you think about allowing celebrities to box ? Admittedly they are all pretty fit guys but is it asking for an accident to happen ?
