My mnate just go tthe lg u4oo, and im trying to work out just how the fuck i put music form the pc onto the mother fucking phone!?!?!

anyone know how to do this? i put the it on the usb cable and put it in, the ocmp can see it but just go no frekaing clue what tot od now..
