hello everybody. i have two trainers at my gym that are both really good. and i was thinking of training one week with one and the other week with the other trainer. the thing is that they have two totally different styles. will it put me back training both styles? will it make it harder for me to become good being that one week im training one style and the other week im training another. or will it make me better and it will be better for me? im sorry if i make it hard to understand me i dont know how to put it in better words, i hope you guys understand what im trying to say.thanks.
