I posted before about 2 weeks ago, What happened is I am new at boxing about 8 months, Started sparring, usually beginners, and my weight range, 175-180, well last time I sparred was with this HEAVYWEIGHT, 220 POUND 6% FAT GUY, WHO was not or did not know how to hold back his punches, he hit hard, but I took it and was getting hit alot, NOT knocked out and felt fine.. Later that night, felt FOGGY, NO HEADACHE, DIZZY, NECK WAS STIFF, NOT FEELING LIKE MYSELF, WENT TO THE DOCTOR, TOLD ME IT sounds like mild form of whiplash, well about 2weeks later I am feeling better, but all the symptoms sound to me LIKE WHIPLASH AND MAYBE A MILD CONCUSSION IN THE BEGINNING, WELL NOW I want to go back into the gym badly, and get back into sparring, but also a BIT NERVOUS ABOUT GETTING A CONCUSSION SOMETIME in the future is their better ways to prevent them or are some guys more prone to getting them?? MY EGO WANTS TO SAY THAT I DID NOT GET A CONCUSSION, I didn't want this to happen so early in my boxing, career ANY INPUT WOULD BE NICE
