well i got to go with srl by split decision i think he could out box Bernard and was to fast for him Bernard was bigger then srl but not by to much and dont think he had the power to put sugar away and all the dirty tactics he could apply i think Srl would would learn to get past it and still pull out the win but thats just me i am Leonard fan so i am biased but i like to hear what other people think

What weight do u have this at? 160 and its even i think. Hopkins had a great record against smaller guys so it,d be tough for SRL. Close points decision either way. Anything above 160 tho and Hopkins wins imo.

Sugar Ray would have been far too mobile for Hopkins and would have hardly lost a round ... for me a fairly easy win for Ray.

yea srl may have won the smw and hl but not against very good people so yea i base this off when bernard was 160 and so was Srl was 160 i dont think bernard was very lower then 160

well bernard regardless is good but if srl could beat hagler i think he give anyone at 160 a run for there money srl is one smart figter and had all the athletic gifts and knew how to use them

For whatever reason, Hopkins didn't use his rough house tactics against Taylor at 160. I assume it was because Taylor likes to move around the ring a lot. SRL moved much better than Taylor and did more damage with his punches. SRL takes the win imo.
