How long since you changed your workout program? Maybe it's time to try a new weights and cardio program? Your body is meant to get used to certain workout and not benefit as much over time.

I'm no expert and others will probably have better suggestions but just in case you haven't thought of that yet I thought I'd mention it.

it's hard to work and train. props to you. I work weekend graveyards (three twelve hour shifts), go to school 40 hours a week, train in the gym and run. It's sucks but i'm afraid there's no solution to having to work. we gotta make money to live, right? Your body will get used to all your activities. Just make sure your rest time is adequete.

Maybe its not your case senario but:
Stress zaps energy and health faster than anything else.
Any underlying thought that hasnt been dealt with emotionally or any underlying feeling that hasnt been dealt with thoughtfully arises in our systems eventually as a physical complaint that ususally begins with lack of energy.
The answer can be as simple as realizing that our "Inbox" will still not be empty even on the day we die.
Or that any worries that you had about external things including peope ,last year or even only last month have all worked out anyway, so worry or stress is pointless ;but it can be an addictive self torture device.

BArley grass in powdered form,Red Ginseng and natural occuring sulphate derived from cabbage are amazing natural energy givers.mixed with fish oil tablets and vitamin E can get the whole body /brain thing back on track.
Once its back on track its clever enough to look after itself again if you deal with the underlying things that is.
Be warned about organic sulphate especially also ginseng, you will have more lead in your pencil than you know what to do with!
