Wow! This is damn high praise from three of the best posters on this site (i.e. the whole damn internet)!

CutMeMick: Amazing knowledge and passion, not just of American fighters, but fighters from all over the world (including Denmark ffs!). Huge amount of work put into these boards, and not just very good at debating, but also a pleasure to debate with. Might interest you to hear also that I plan on attending the Asikainen-Campas fight next week - I know you have been quite high on Asikainen in the past at least (and who doesnt love Yori Boy?). I've been living and working in Finland for the last few months (and will continue to do so until summer), and I was ringside for Asikainen's last outing as well. Might post a bit on it here afterwards, if that has any interest?

SuperHeavyRhun: I loved the debates before the Calzaghe fight as well. I always had Calzaghe as the favorite, knowing it would be difficult in Wales (and realistically that was always going to be the place of the fight). I was/am slightly dissapointed that Kessler imo dropped his game plan to easily midway through the fight (and his corner definitely lost the plot - you'd notice it, if you understood the language ), but he still made us all proud. Biggest fight in Danish boxing history, easily. Oh, and I since the Calzaghe-Hopkins has been confirmed I am now officially (for the first time) regarding my man Kessler as The Best Super Middle Weight In the World (tm). Now just hoping that Danish boxing in general could improve as well - for a large amount of 2007 things were looking rather bleak (although positive signs are to be found now imo).

Also huge respect for the British rbr's by the way - love your work. Hope to chip in with some tidbits once in a while, if I for once actually have something to contribute with. (If you plan on one for this weekend, it should be noted that Juha Tolppola is nowehere near European class - no power whatsoever.)

El Gamo: Knowledgeable, passionate about the ones you like, fair about the rest, and putting a huge amount of work put into these boards - mighty impressive all around!

CC's returned to all of you!

Hey CC for you as well!

Just for the record: I didn't leave you out of the drivel scribbled above on purpose! What happened was that after I had just about wrote the whole thing, my boss had the attitude to walk into my office, and ask some work-related questions!

Now I had to (pretend to) be working, and didnt post the message until later, and you therefore managed to post in the thread before me - making me look as an a-hole for singling out anyone but you...

    Happy birthday.

And good for you for sticking around after the Kessler defeat. Guess that's what seperates genuine boxing fans from single fighter lovers.

I knew one day Mikkel would become World Champ but never did I imagine he'd be at the level that he is today. I hope that all is well with him mentaly & psysically I know he's got the goods and he can reing supreme. I didn't see the same fuel and fire I had seen before from him that night and that's not an excuse 'cause Joe was just that much better.

No shit! you live in Finland... Have you heared anything on H.I.M.? They canceled last years US tour because of the new album and I'm hoping Valo brings his ass over to the states this year in 2008.
(A little off topic there )
I like both Amin & Sylvester I just wanna see them do well, I think they both give Sturm a run for his money if given the opp. to fight him.
Your lucky man, Yory will def. test Amin especially early on. If Amin can move and make Yory miss comeback with a counter he'll stop Yory.
Yorys reflexes are gone and hes willing to take whatever you throw at him and hopes that he wears you out before you get to him.

    Interested? Are you kidding me...
Whatever you've got were all for it. Some people don't post much on certain fighters because of lack of coverage that some fights and fighters get so pictures, videos, quick run down of a fight and how it went is always a plus for those who don't get a chance to see the fights.
So whenever you got something type it up and keep us in the loop.
Speaking of can you give me some insight on his last performance?
Could he not stop the guy, did the opponent just move well or what's your view on it?
