So far - and I expect it will change over time - mine is the shoelace. I'll post a pick when I have a minute to find one.
I take a while to get into it properly because it gets into where my gluts are tightest. If I sit there for a few mintues the relief when I'm tight is just awesome! Yes i'm a tight arse!
Obviously everyone will have different answers depending on their tight points - I am curious though.
So what's your favourite stretch?
