As he showed against Michael Hunter to win the title, Molitor does have good power. But his conditioning is also tremendous and his last few fights have been good learning experiences for him imo. One thing that concerns me though is his lack of infighting, he doesn't seem to do much when his opponent closes the distance, Beltran wasn't able to capitalize much at all, but when he did apply pressure in the early rounds he made it too close for my liking, considering Molitor is of a higher calibre. It seems he has a good bond with his current trainer, but I think Emmanuel Steward would be excellent for Molitor, although I dislike the way he moulds his fighters to tie up inside, since Steve isn't good there it's a very logical match. I'm not sure he's ready to fight Vasquez or Marquez, but if the fights were signed today I'd pick him to easily beat PDL or Caballero. Robert Guerrero would be an extremely tough fight for him but I think he should win that one as well as long as he keeps distance between them. That would also be the most logical step up imo, as he hasn't fought anyone to prepare him for Vasquez or Marquez.
