Vegas has Williams as the favorite.
I almost always agree with Vegas but I am not sure on this one. What do you all think?

it should be alot closer then the first fight, unless williams didnt pick up on what was giving quintana trouble the first time they fought
if williams just tries to come in and do the same thing he will get KTFO
there were times where williams would corner quintana and start to land, if he manages to do something like that maybe he can make the fight close
I think Quintana is a bit better then he seems to be getting credit for. It is almost like many people are treating the first fight as an upset. If he keeps to a game plan and does not take the first win for granted I think he can do it again.
I think if Williams steps in with Cotto or rematches Margarito should he win the rematch with Carlos Quintana he will taste defeat again. I just do not see him as a guy who will stick around the top tier too long. I could be wrong.
After watching again and letting the first fight Marinade & after the dust has settled.Quintana was the virtual ring-general vs.Williams,Literally dictated and boxed Under him all night.Williams is an enigma,His natural size and physical gift's are not used/refined as they could be.I undersold Quintana before that one,Negated the style's aspect going in,trying to make Williams skill set & Cotto's prior demolition of Quintana one in the same.I think he will repeat with a Decision and Williams needs to move up a division, what ever the result. This will be a good fight.

If williams can fight quintana at a distance and not allow carlos to turn the fight into another brawl then i see a comfortable decision for paul.
I suspect though quintana would of grown in confidence from that first fight and williams will be more aware of quintana`s ability to win a fight.
Quintana by TKO
I think that's the biggest problem in regards to the perception of Quintana. I had that fight very close (maybe even?) up until the 5th round. I thought Quintana gave a great account of himself until Cotto broke his will, particularly in light of what Cotto has been able to do at Welter since then.
I'm looking forward to this fight more than any match that weekend.
Interested into what Carlos Quintana's going to do next. I remember he was so calm before the Cotto fight, well dressed, poised... then he ate a left hook to the body. Cotto is on the verge of becoming legendary, but I remember Carlos' calm demeanor, very impressive.
I didn't think he'd amount to much, now look at him, he did what Tony couldn't.
When is this? A week from Saturday?
I got Quintana. At least I hope he wins, don't have any interest in seeing Williams fight at all.
I don't expect that Williams has cured all his flaws in the last 4 months. Williams consistently gives away his height and reach and he throws a weak jab. Quintana will to continue throw overhand lefts over Williams jab, all night long, just like in the first fight. If Williams commits to some body punching and can slow down Quintana's lateral movement a little, maybe he can give himself a chance. If he's been working on his jab in the gym for last 3 months and managed to turn it into a real weapon, his chances are improved, but he had better come up with a answer to the Quintana overhand right.
Williams was not in shape for the first fight IMO, he looked sluggish half-way through. I think either he completely underestimated Quintana or something. He was looking for other fights, had a long lay off, then fights Quintana who is a difficult style matchup. This time he will have a better gameplan for Quintana and if his stamina doesn't improve the same thing could happen, because Quintana was beating him to the punch all night.
Thank you for all the responses.
