Arrow Becoming a boxing trainer or cut man!!!!!

Hi their people!I have a serious question to ask to like minded folks and hopefully fully trained boxing coaches or trainers!I would totally appreciate some proper advice on the matter of me question!
Me question is that how do you become a boxing coach or cut-man in the game of the noble art??Do you need a degree in Sports and Science??I mean you could'nt just join a boxing team and become one of the two in question, could you??You have to gain the experiance from somewhere before your considered good enough to patch up your boxer in the cornrer.....So how do you go about it??I would be really really intrigue to hear from a proper trainer or cut-man on this site.

Thanks!I appreciate a real insite of the matter!

So you take the courses and then you're certified? So does that mean you could get a job at any gym training? You might have answered this question in the other thread, i dunno.

Yes, the first level is level 1 certification. Then I think you need atleast a year being an active level 1 before you can apply for level 2...etc. I am going to get my level 1 in Aug or Sept.

I can only speak a bit for my area. A lot of our gyms are set up as charitable non-profit organizations and most all the trainers aren't getting paid nothing, are basically doing it on a volunteer basis or because they like me are fighters and want more knowledge and access to knowledge. Plus to be able to work the corner. I do know that people working for the organization can earn a wage, as in the person who put the money up front to open our gym could give himself a monthly or yearly salary, and the trainers could be paid also. But I know for fact most of them make nadda, ziltch, nothing...and do it because boxing is in their blood. The gym is not allowed to earn a profit according to the tax guidelines.

Possibly private clubs trainers are being paid, and I am sure in the pros they are being paid...but I do not know anything of that.
