Thread: Sartison collapsed in his corner after the fight! Photo.

Sartison had to be taken out of the ring by paramedics and is now rushed to the hospital. After the count he went up but minutes later he collapsed in his corner.

I really hope that he is okay and that the collapse is just from exhaustion or dehydration. Cross fingers.

I hope it's just exhaustion and nothing serious.

He did put on a great effort and fought all the way to the end.

Well his head is up and he looks awake in that pic.

When brought out of the ring he was unconsciousness :-( - it was one of the crew members that supported his head in that strange angel.

According to Team-Palle Sartison regained consciousness after 15 minutes and has now spoken to wife and trainers.

He just fought Kessler a few minutes ago round the same time the Khan-Gomez fight was going on.

He was KO'ed in the 12th but maybe the ref should has ended the fight after the count in round 11 when Sartison was very used and tired - but Sartison fought a VERY full-hearted fight and he might have been too brave for his own good.

He's okay from what I hear also and still has his manhood. Judging by that last pic, he managed to still scratch his sack while unconscious. I therefore respect him.

News from the Danish hospital is that Sartison will stay there until Sunday 09:00 and that his condition is good.

Really happy to hear that about Sartison.

It shows he was probably running on complete empty for the last 2 rounds. And the knockout just took the rest out of him... He looks tiny compared to Kess in the fight pictures.. He did very well to stay in there for nearly the full 12 rounds..

Anyone know how the judges were scoring the fight through until the knockdown?
