Default Graham Earl? Nope. Micheal Gomez? Nope.

    So, Saddo...

Why are you hell bent on seeing Kahn knocked ass over teakettle?
You're 0 for 2 if it doesn't happen soon it's going to look like a lucky guess should it come to fruition.

Also MarkTKO who said Khan would be sparked inside of 18 fights.

Well it's not like he's been to far off. Khan very well could have lost today.

I think it's fair to say that the people claiming Khan doesn't have a good chin and various other weaknesses have been proved right. Would anybody pick Khan against one of the belt holders after tonight's performance?

not that bad of a pick from me really... no one gave Gomez a chance really he aint won anything of note for over 4 years and he had Khan on his arse in the second.

as picks goes i was pretty close for a 9/1 underdog.

i'm just up against Frank Warrens clever matchmaking skills so will prob be proven right in about 4 years time when khan is 50 and 0 and they finally put him in with anything near world level

    only a matter of time

but i'm happy to be proven wrong as i think UK boxing needs a Khan, its just a shame he aint got a chin as hes pretty good in al other aspects at this level

I personally want to see him sparked because he talks such bullshit...in an interview before his fight the interviewer exclaimed ''you've really grown into your weight now..you look huge for lightweight''. Khan's reply, ''yeah when I first started I was about 16% bodyfat!'' which prompts the interviewer to ask ''so what % are you now?''. Khans reply ''1.5%!''

What a dickhead, can somebody tell him that even bodybuilders when they are stage ready are only 3-4% maximum? They also regularly collapse after the show from dehydration and weakness so is he telling us he comes in to compete in a boxing match of all things lower than that? The bullshit bug that Warren carries has infected Khan as well. Its a bad mentality to have because he exagerates everything..especially about how good he is and that will bring complacancy (Sp?)

Khan is just a kid really so if he somtimes talks BS so what.

He is good for British boxing and good for Britain as we despratly need a few good roll models for our youngsters.

Bodybuilders collapse because they have dehydrated themselves too much. They dehydrate themselves so their body's appear more vascular.

But yeah i don't think he was 1.5% bodyfat. I don't think it's possible to compete at such a level.

1.5% isn't possible, he would be in real trouble, 5-8% is more accurate, Pro body builders dehydrate themselves to the point where there skin is so thin it can tear, and as you say they are around 3-4% and there is not way you could box like that.

Khan looked great, hand speed, shot selection, all is great but he will get caught out with his dogey chin, there is unfortunately nothing he can do about it. David Haye suffers a similar problem to a lesser degree but at the moment his superior skills are seeing him through, this may happen with Amir, but Carl Johanesson took Gomez apart a few months ago, he was destroyed at European Level a couple of times, and when I say destroyed Kirakosyan took him to the cleaners twice, it is all well and good looking great against weaker opposition. I hope he can get to a decent level before he is exposed, but it will come.
