How important do you guys feel it is to get a lot of calcium in your diet for stronger bones?? I've taken to drinking about a litre of milk throughout my work day & usually have another half litre at night with protein powder...

How much calcium do you guys try to consume to keep all those hand bones strong? or is this not really throught of as an important thing??
I'm just wondering if I could even benifit from a calcium supplement in addition to drinking a lot of milk during the day.
