No it's not. DLH won't fight at 165 and Tito can't go any lower than that.

Been a Tito fan forever (hence the nickname)... but I gotta disagree on one note. Tito CAN go lower than that, and I think Trinidad Sr. is once again exerting his influence where it doesn't belong. I don't know. Why do we want to see ANY fight? Tito and Oscar wouldn't be the first aging superstars to get in the ring for a rematch... and they certainly won't be the last. I know many people may not watch, but I certainly will.
