1 hour is a bit poor don't you think?
even if your unfit. why don't you train 1 hour, then throw in some real easy bagwork or shadow for 2 rounds, and then go back to where you left your training and do another 45 min. and each time ya cant go on any more you do this.
you'll see after a week you don't do those easy rounds no more

Depens on how seriously you do boxing i rekon 2 hours would be fine. I personaly do some heavy bag and speed bag followed by 2 and 1/2 hours weight training in the morning then in evening i do shadow boxing and bag work and joging. I only got a part time job at mo tho.

If you're just starting out, 1 hours is probably enough. As you go along, your training sessions can get longer and longer each day.

Not really mate since i dont have access to a real trainer and or any great boxing equipment. My sessions are getting longer, yesterday i did an hour and a half. I just dont have the time to spend 3 or so hours training.

the most important thing is you have started! you cant do any better than that.
try and go running, if you cant do much, jog for 20 seconds and walk for 20 seconds and do this for 10-20 minutes, eventually phasing out the walking part.
duration is not important, its the effort you put in when you exercise that counts.
intensity is the key to success, MAKE IT COUNT!
    good luck
