    Default Morning person?

I HATE getting up in the morning... Hate it...

I start work at 9am and try to get up at 8am... If I REALLY can be f'd, i'll make a coffee and post on Saddo until 8:30, which is when i'll get dressed for work and head off about 8:45 to get to work at 9am....

I actually set my alarm for 7am every morning so I have enough time to get up and have a shower and make a decent breakfast, but I never get up.. Ever... I always just hold the alarm set button, and press 1 hour, then back to sleep...

I wish I could get up, have a shower, have a nice breakfast, and head off to work awake and alert.. But I always feel half asleep until about lunch time when I have my first meal for the day...

    It sux...

If I for some reason actually have a decent sleep, i'll actually have enough motivation to make some toast for breakfast with my coffee, but it's not often.. It takes nearly every inch of motivation I have just to get myself out of bed when I actually have to.. Another giant dose of motivation to finish up here and get dressed so i'm not late for work.

Mornings just kill me... On weekends I can't scrape myself out of bed until at least 11:30am... So you can see how difficult it is to get up at 8am.. let alone 7am...

Do any of you guys actually wake up bursting with energy? Or at least enough energy to take a shower and have a good breakfast and stuff to start your day?

I can't just do it... A part of not wanting to have a shower in the morning is that it's freezing and I can't barely stand getting out from under my blanket, let alone dealing with the cold while soaking wet... It's just to much..

What is your morning routine Donny?

I'm usually up until about 12pm to 1pm so cutting that back might help me...
That gives me between 7 and 8 hours a night which is what they say you need. But I think I need a bit more maybe..

Up out of bed by 5.30-5.45.
Get my gear and work clothes together and drive to the city.
Grab some sort of food really quickly, usually fruit or an energy bar.
Get to the gym and gear up.
Either do my weights or my cardio.
Sauna, Shower and get changed for work.
Grab my breakfast in the work canteen.
    Start work, log onto saddo's.
