Joe claimed in the News of The World that he can throw 1696 punches in 3 minutes(180 seconds), or 9.4 punches per second for 3 minutes.
I say he can't.

Thats not the first time I have seen a fighter do that....Just helps with quick flurries...Mostly beneficial in the amateurs.....Too bad Joe carries that same power in the ring
