Thread: Who Should David Haye Fight Next?

I was thinking somebody big like Jameel McCline for the height and weight or Oleg Maskaev who do you guys think he should fight next while waiting for the Klits to fight the number 1 contenders?

I'd like to see him fight Sam Peter, I think he would look great against Peter.

Neither of the Klitschkos just now, He is not ready.

I'm personally not sure if he would ever be.

I would like to see him fight Sultan Ibragimov or Samuel Peter next.

division seems really thin except for the Klitschkos, i am having trouble picking someone but as memphis said sam peter would be a good one especially if he fights like he did against Vitali

Sam Peter is a great fight.

Peter or some one that is a very big like shannon briggs if he is still rated in the top 10 not sure.

Peter would be a good matchup. And it might be an ideal time to catch him.

For deffo Sam Peter would be a good barometer for Haye to be tested against .... but needs 12 months at Heavy before going in against the special K brothers

Agree all the way re a test against some one big, thats a test he needs at some stage before a test against the special k brothers

Surely if he is going to fight Vitali it would be best to get him as quickly as possible.....before he gets back into the groove properly. Only one fight since he beat Danny Williams....and that wasn't exactly a tough challenge. Has Vitali already got a fight lined up? If not, he should go for it now.

As for Wlad, i just think his arse will fall out if Haye lands first. I see no reason why he can't go for them now. The longer he leaves it, the more chance he's got of being knocked out before he gets there.
