Why did British fans boo Audley Harrison on the Khan/Prrescott PPV.
He won the fight comforatably and showed he is easily capable enough to win a world title, maybe even unify
Come on Brits, get behind A-force

I went to watch him in December 2006 when he KO'd Williams in 3 and they still booooooooooooooooo'd him mate ive liked him since olympics and i continue to support i dont know why i just like the guy. I thought after they booed him after he had done buissness on Williams i thought they will be behind him vs Sprott and were they were they fooooooook.
I am not British but the only thing I can think of he is an underachiever. He supposed to be the heavyweight champ shortly after he won gold. He got knocked out instead by less than stellar opposition. That's the only thing I can see.
Were ignorant as a nation anyway when it comes to being fans booing national anthems and so on we just show ourselves up.
Because the Brits don't like a gobshite.
Gobshite being full of shit.
Audley was telling us that he was the best in the World, and that he was going to clean up the heavyweight division.
He then proceded to look very laboured against very ordinary opposition.
I personally don't boo boxers, but I think that's where the booing comes from.
He's seen very much as a joke figure in Britain.
big mistake was signing with the bbc for first 10 fights, he should of been on undercards first, the bbc expected the world from him & seemed to turn he fans against him.
I did back him at first, but remember at the hopkins calzaghe weigh in he wouldnt even come over to the fans for fks sake. he really is still up his own arse.
saying that i would like him to win a title
I hate fans that boo it takes alot of balls to get in the ring and most people who boo have never been in the ring themseleves or they would have more sense, that said i hate audley he is a waste of space and he is not capable of winning a world title come on mate just imagine him in the ring with Vitali the only word that comes to mind when i think of this is rape lol
The fans boo because they work long hours at ordinary jobs and pay hard earned money to watch fights. when a guy like Audley proclaims that he will clean up the heavy division and proceeds to fight like my mother the fans understandably feel robbed.
Yes every fighter deserves respect for the hard work and guts it takes to get into the ring but on the other side of it the fans deserve to be treated with respect and not be pick pocketed by the empty promises of a guy who never fulfilled the promise his talent suggested. Audley simply never transcended from the amateurs to the pro's for whatever reason. He started believing his own hype and when you do that and then don't deliver there is no where to hide from the fans.
Personally I would never boo a fighter - I would vote with my feet and my pocket by either not going or not paying to watch his fights but I understand why a lot of fans react that way.
'To speak with his equal and irish man is forced to talk with God...'
I found the booing amusing against Arias.. he seemed boosted by the crowd rooting for him.. making it a watchable fight (for me anyway).
It was a bit out of order booing Audley after Sprott sparked him. That's over stepping the mark IMO.

3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
Because there were big things expected of him and he is letting british boxing fans down. And win a world title? Come on seriously! I know the division is at quite a low point at the minute but there are still at least 10 heavys that would obliterate Harrison IMO.
