Default Hopefully that is it for Oscar Larios, also Hasagawa won

Oscar Larios lost his title which he apparently shouldn't have even had to Takahiro Aoh last night in Japan, apparently it was convincing 118-109 type thing where he got dropped in the last round.

He should stop really, he's taken a lot.

Also Hozumi Hasagawa won again, third round stoppage over some guy, Vusi Malinga.

Easy to forget how good he was there for a while. Was a serious fighter, its not easy to stop Israel Vazquez, before Vazquez warred with Rafa it was Oscar and Izzy that had a nice series going. And even though that second fight was a great action fight I thought Oscar pretty much handled him throughout the fight, as much as you can in a great competitive fight.

Sounds like Oscar fought a brave fight but he just doesnt have much left. After all the wars hes been in and great fights hes had I hope he can retire and be financially secure. In his prime, Oscar was a tough, tough guy to beat.

With his all out frontal style and previous injury...I hope we are not reading about him being hospitalized one day...or worse.Has been involved in some great scraps, love his rangy bombing. His revenge blow out 1st round KO over previous robbery winner Jorrin ranks as one of my all time favorites.Man,that was sweet justice.

But,The man needs to retire.Do not want him to get seriously & permanatly injured!!

He may already be in that permanent injury position though. I seriously think he should have been medically banned from boxing after the Linares fight. No doubt Larios has been in some great wars and entertaining fights, but his time should be at an end.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

I really hope he hangs them up...
Long career of wars Larios has had.

Sadly I think he'll continue to fight in Mexico for as long as he can.
    Shame really.

Congrats to Hozumi, hopefully we get to see Mijares vs. Hozumi one day which back in late '07 I said it would happen one day.
