    Default Diaconu-Pascal this week-end

Browsing the forum, I realized that nobody talked about Diaconu-Pascal this week-end in Montreal. I guess that coming from over there is a good reason enough to be pumped up with interests but I still think that this fight, though not the biggest, has a lot of potential to raise interests:

first, it'll be the first time in our history that 2 Canadian fighters will fight together for a major title. In itself, it is quite interesting.

second, the 2 protagonists have everything to put up an intriguing fight: Pascal who lost to Froch by a close decision vs Diaconu, the guy Dawson wanted to avoid at all costs, going as far as going to Sulaiman's house to beg him to not force him to fight the Shark as a mandatory challenger. Both did fight quite good opponents, one is more of a boxer with good movements as the other has everything of a hard puncher and a brawler. Both are also (normally) very durable, which should add to the mix
The fight should be broadcasted on internet and I strongly suggest to any Saddo members with spare time this friday to try to find a live stream for it as it could have the potential (i think) to be one of the very good fights of the year.

Very important fight that Diaconu will win. IMO

I think so too, I wouldn't say "very" important though but historically talking, it is pretty much a premiere and something interesting, I most of all think that it'll be a very good and interesting fight to watch.

Great fight. Diaconu should win, but Pascal may look great at 175. It isn't on Versus?

I just looked online as I had no clues about it but good news for the interested ones in the US, Versus did buy the broadcast rights : Diaconu vs Pascal : Centre Bell le 19 juin | Sympatico / MSN Sport
