Woods voted top athlete of the decade - Yahoo! News

Personally Federer should of got it he has won more majors than Woods has in the same period for starters, even Armstrong should of come ahead of Woods but I think the top three were correct but in the wrong order.

I presume you mean Armstrong? Well he has never failed one test in his whole career so at this point he is innocent till proven guilty.
