Martinez is staying at middleweight

Just read on ESPN Sergio Martinez has decided to stay at middleweight. He says it would be too hard to go back down to 154, but would consider fighting at a catch weight.

I understand his reasoning, but that sucks for boxing fans IMO. 160 is a fucking wasteland right now, while 154 is a deep and interesting division. Seems like the only hope for a big fight for Martinez is a rematch with Williams.

I agree, not many options at 160. I would like to see him get a couple fights then maybe a rematch with Williams. Maybe give Cotto a couple more fights with Emanuel Steward and a possible fight at a catch weight.
