This one is apparently old news that has (unfortunately) has now resurfaced!

I didn't even know Mundine was fighting at 154 It seems like not so long ago, he was fighting at 168. It's not often you see a fighter doing that

Yeah he's been trying to secure a decent fight in the US for a while. Moving down in weight seems to be his strategy and wants a go at Cotto. Don't see what's in it for Cotto though unless a mandatory is forced, but he doesn't have to take it i guess....

Cotto wrecks Mundine, hell Anthony Mundine fights nobodies for a reason

It always seemed that Mundine had a tough time of getting any decent fight in the US...

The only thing he could have done different early on is decide, "if i'm going to fight bums, i'll fight U.S. bums.... in the U.S."

Take out a mid level gatekeeper or a couple of notable Journeymen and he could have been looked at for a fight with Cotto at some stage... No chance now though...

Make a couple more semi-healthy pay cheques here in Oz and hang up the gloves...

and start wearing "I had a 10 year boxing career for which I was the best that ever lived, but all I got was this t-shirt"...

Too bad for Mundine that no one gives a fuck about him. I guess that's what happens when you spend your entire career squandering your talents and fighting bums. Tough break .
